I'm Ergin, Senior Manager of EHS Management Systems at Avangrid. I lead the development and continuous improvement of our Environmental, Health, and Safety systems, ensuring alignment with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. My focus is turning compliance into culture.

Over the past decade I've worked across civil engineering, construction, and renewable energy, contributing to projects like the Hoosac Wind Power Project, Massachusetts' largest wind farm. I coach employees and contractors, simplify systems, and help teams see safety as a core value, not a requirement.
