Emily Evans

I’m Emily Evans, a UK property expert, entrepreneur, and broadcaster with over a decade of experience across property, media, and technology. I’m the founder of HOME, a PropTech platform built to simplify and centralise home ownership, renting, and property management into one trusted digital hub.

I began building my own property portfolio at a young age, which gave me first-hand experience of the realities and frustrations of navigating the UK property system. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with homeowners, landlords, renters, and industry professionals, developing a deep understanding of compliance, documentation, and the everyday admin that comes with owning or managing property. Those experiences are what shaped the vision for HOME.

Alongside my property career, I’ve spent more than ten years working in television and media, reporting and producing content for major UK and international broadcasters and publications. This background has taught me how to communicate complex subjects clearly and accessibly, and how to build trust with audiences skills that are central to how HOME is designed and positioned.

I created HOME to solve a problem I encountered repeatedly: property information is scattered, difficult to manage, and often only dealt with when something goes wrong. HOME acts as a secure digital filing cabinet for the home, bringing documents, reminders, compliance, and key property information together in one place, saving time, reducing stress, and offering peace of mind.

I’m passionate about modernising the UK property market through practical, user-led technology. Through HOME, my aim is to give people clarity, confidence, and control over their property, whether they own one home or manage many.
