I am an executive coach, leadership development consultant, and culture transformation professional with more than 15 years of experience helping leaders and organizations strengthen alignment, emotional intelligence, communication, and workplace culture. I am also the president of Strategies for Success, where I provide executive coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational consulting services to clients in Puerto Rico, the United States, and Latin America.

I currently live in North Carolina and continue to expand my work with leaders and organizations navigating growth, change, and transformation. One of the things I am working toward is broadening my professional impact by building meaningful connections, sharing what I have learned, and continuing to grow alongside other professionals.
