Elizabeth Frazier-Finkelstein

I’m the founder of Battles Insights and creator of The Conversation Cores Method. I study what actually happens inside difficult conversations, particularly between couples who are highly capable in the rest of their lives but keep getting caught in the same conflicts at home.

My work identifies the recurring communication moves underneath those conflicts, how each person’s patterns interact, and why the argument is rarely just about the thing they’re arguing about. I build assessments, tools and practical language that help people recognize what’s happening between them while it’s happening, not three hours later when everybody suddenly has a PhD in what they should have said.
