About
The hard part of AI is no longer the technology. It is the change.
I run North America Sales at PayPal, scaled from $120M to $600M. Before that I built and scaled revenue teams at DocuSign, Seismic and Adobe. Most of my time now goes to one question: what a revenue org looks like when agents do the work the system of record used to demand of people.
Three things I actually believe. Sales done right is the most defensible, highest-margin revenue in software... not a volume game. Focus is expensive, because the hard call is never killing bad work. It is killing good work at the wrong scale. And the sales leader owns the spec for how the business sells. Whoever writes that down is deciding how the business sells. That is a leadership decision, not a content task.
Ask me about agentic selling in production, enterprise-grade Sales engines, or what the change actually costs. 🚀
