Nataliey Bitature

Passionate about continuous learning, I hold multiple executive education certifications, a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship with a focus on Project Management, and an undergraduate degree and Honorary Doctorate in Business and Innovation.

Currently, I chair a regional advisory board and serve on several others across sectors like property management, business incubation, and global impact for women in commerce. As an exec for a multi-sector organization, I oversee strategy, impact, and partnerships, spanning hospitality, energy, telecom, real estate, agriculture, higher education, and a foundation, working to enhance organizational effectiveness.

I am also the founder of a social enterprise focused on sustainable tools for small businesses and a mentorship platform supporting over 4,000 young women. I’ve had the privilege of engaging with international organizations, advocating for youth and women’s empowerment, and fostering inclusive business growth and development across the continent
