Monica Rysavy, Ph.D., Ed.D.

I'm Monica, founder and CEO of Systematic You. When I was 17, I wanted to take college classes while finishing high school, but my school said no. I found a competitor that said yes, told my school I was leaving, and watched them reverse their decision to become the first student in Delaware to make it happen. I've earned an Ed.D. at 26 and a Ph.D. at 34, served as COO at Forte Labs, and now run two businesses helping entrepreneurs with operations and virtual assistant certification.

Today I manage operations for multiple 6-8 figure creator businesses while working on my J.D. and living between Delaware and Prague. I build systems that work with ADHD, not against it, offering systems audits, VIP days, operations advisory, fractional COO services, and SCVA certification.
