Kristilynn Turney, Ed.D.

I'm Kristilynn, an educational consultant, speaker, and author who helps schools break through the barriers that limit student success. I co-founded Charter School Pros and run my own consulting practice, where I coach principals, lead literacy improvement work, and build leadership capacity across districts. Once labeled a "problem child," I became the first Black principal at two suburban Cincinnati schools. That journey fuels everything I do.
