I practice IP and technology law at Dunlap Codding, where clients come to me when the legal problem can't be separated from the business problem. I handle litigation, licensing, portfolio strategy, and commercialization across software, life sciences, biotech, and medical devices. Before law, I was an MIS/IT consultant at Ernst & Young, which still shapes how I read technology disputes and counsel founders. I also direct the IP Clinic at OCU Law, working with early-stage founders on the same issues I handle in practice.
