I run College Career Club, where we help college students figure out how to actually land jobs and succeed once they're hired. Most students go to college to get a job but have no clue how to make that happen.
I've founded four startups in higher ed and written two books: Change IT, which gives career centers best practices for scaling support, and The Unemployed Grad, which tells parents to get their kids into the career center freshman year. I also created Grad CareerFestival, an online career conference with 72 coaches and authors, and the FirstGen Collaborative to support first-gen students.
Ask me about college career strategy, NIL career planning, building career centers that scale, and helping students land their first job.
