Hi, I'm Dr. Elana Roumell, a pediatric naturopathic doctor, mom of four and the founder of Med School for Moms.

I started this because I know exactly how it feels to stare at a sick child at 2am and have no idea what to do next. That mix of panic, love, and helplessness? I've been there too, even with a naturopathic degree. So I built the resource I wish every mom had.

Over the years, I've helped more than 5,000 moms step into what I call the "Doctor Mom" role, feeling calm, competent, and confident when their kids get sick, instead of spiraling through Google and hoping for the best.
