I sit on the board of Fundus Heritage, founded 1830, and lead Fundus Heritage Ventures, its innovation arm, founded 1923. Projects measured in decades. The psychology of permanence, not the logic of return.

That same psychology extends to the principals I counsel: heads of state, founding families, institutional leaders whose decisions don’t stay decisions. They become geopolitical events, market movements, industry shifts. I help them carry the weight of knowing what a decision will become before it’s made.
