Diana Stafie (Parfeni)​

Diana Stafie is a Strategic Foresight consultant and the founder of Future Station, a boutique consultancy that helps organizations anticipate change and design resilient strategies for the future. She works with executive teams, boards, and institutions across Europe to explore emerging trends and build future-ready responses. She undertakes solid research and leads innovation workshops or strategic planning processes across various industries. Diana is educated in foresight at the University of Houston, the Institute for the Future in California, the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, and through the European Certified Future Strategist program. Before that, she worked many years in finance in both Big4 or in a Dutch corporation, as an expat.

Beyond her current consultancy work, she teaches foresight at business schools and serves on the boards of organizations focused on digital transformation and education.
