I'm Dev, Board Member of MongoDB, where I spent eleven years as President and CEO through the 2017 IPO before retiring from the operating role in November 2025. I'm also Lead Independent Director at Datadog.

Before MongoDB I co-founded and led BladeLogic through its IPO and sale to BMC, then spent time as an operator and investor including Greylock and OpenView.
