I believe organizations succeed or fail based on what they remember. Throughout my career in design, operations, and technology, I've seen the same problem repeat itself: teams make decisions, learn valuable lessons, and then lose that knowledge when projects end or people move on.

Today I'm building Archen, a new kind of organizational memory designed to help creative and project-based teams learn faster, preserve context, and make better decisions over time.

I'm fascinated by how ideas become products, how teams build trust, how organizations learn, and how AI can amplify human judgment rather than replace it.
