I'm Den, CEO and co-founder of Ezra, and the CEO of Uniqit Group. My path to leading companies started on the technical side: I spent years as an ETL developer and tech lead at Luxoft and DataArt before moving into product and engineering leadership at Uniqit, where I eventually took the helm as CEO.
