I'm Debby. I'm the founder and CEO of Inspired HR and author of The Mentor Myth. I grew up in Durban, South Africa and immigrated to Canada when I was about 10, and I identify deeply with people across Africa. I work with CEOs and business owners on human capital from a practical, data-backed perspective—cut the jargon, focus on measurable actions that drive performance and profitability.

Outside work I play a lot of tennis, downhill ski, and walk my husky and our other dog on long hikes.
