I'm Dax, front-end sales for Property Principles and an international DJ who runs transformational ecstatic-dance events. I grew up in Melbourne's growth corridor, watched suburbs and wealth expand, and over two decades built a property portfolio, got my licence, and launched a buyer-agent, property-management and development business that helped hundreds of clients, even retiring two people before I moved to Bali. I also spent time in counter-terrorism for the 2000 Olympics, negotiating hostages and shooting machine guns with special forces, and I'm a four-time Ironman finisher who uses music and dance to pull anger and trauma out of the body.
