I specialize in in-home sales, sales leadership, recruiting, and scaling multi-location operations. I’ve hired, trained, coached, and managed hundreds of reps across multiple brands and markets, with a consistent focus on accountability, process, and measurable results. I’m known for building sales systems that actually work in the field, not just on slides.

My strength is turning raw talent into producers. That means tight recruiting filters, clear expectations, repeatable sales frameworks, and no-nonsense coaching. I build sales playbooks, onboarding systems, pricing logic, cost-versus-value positioning, and closing strategies designed for high-ticket home-improvement sales where trust and confidence matter.
