I'm David, an innovator, team builder, and leader with over 15 years in Chief Technology Officer roles focused on hardware and software development. I have experience in start-up development, team coordination, and aligning technical and business aspects of system production, helping bring many products to market. My expertise includes managing teams, securing external funding, and navigating regulatory compliance like FDA and CE for product design.

I'm also skilled in software and hardware engineering and regulatory quality standards such as ISO 13485, IEC 60601, and IEC 62304. I've created and implemented SDLC SOPs at two companies and led Agile teams with automated testing. I've managed groups working with cloud computing, SaaS, IoT, and related technologies.

I'm a builder. I build tiny proof-of-concept demos to reduce risk and show capabilities; I build MVPs that are deployable and acceptable for users to put into production; I build large-scale solutions that comply with regulatory and user requirements. I do this with the best tools and processes for the job. I use AI. I use talented teams of engineers, regulatory professionals, and business leaders. Each project is unique and that's what I love about starting new projects.
