In my role as President of Schrager Hampson Aviation Insurance Group and AvieAid Premium Finance, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside our leadership team to grow our firm from a small regional specialty agency to a national player in the aviation insurance industry and trusted advisor to aviators and aviation businesses around the country.

My board service across industry associations underscores my commitment to stewarding the future of aviation risk management. With credentials including CPCU, ARM, CAIP, and NACD certifications, I combine technical acumen with strong governance insight.

Originally spending seven formative years living in Cape Town, South Africa, I developed an international perspective and appreciation for cross-cultural leadership that continues to shape my strategic mindset.
