I have a background in the military and law-enforcement and another discreet agency. I specialised in leading and developing covert operators. Leading highly trained elite operators in high risk situations was where I honed my leadership skills.

I transferred those skills to commerce leading private and public companies in Australia and Europe, chairing a professional dance company and as a non-executive director of a microfinance NGO. Over 25 years ago, I found my calling: helping people be the best versions of themselves, especially leaders, and developed Metattude to be a successful 100% referral and repeat-business practice.

I focus on leadership attitudes, behaviours and conversations that inspire high performance, great culture and resolving unacceptable behaviour, for great results and especially becommin g the preferred employer then provider in their demographic.

My clients have stayed with me as they start, scale, sail and sell their businesses, through several iterations, and now intergenerational – their children, leading their own enterprises, became my clients!

I’m a father, grandfather, founder of DATAJAK Greyman Stud (Murray Grey/Brahman-cross cattle for hard country and northern herds) and a didgeridoo player to relax, and I love staying fit and healthy.
