I'm Dave, a service designer and innovation strategist working at the Instituut Mijnbouwschade Groningen, where I help redesign how citizens experience damage claims and institutional recovery. At DEUXERS I lead research and strategy for future-minded organizations. Before that, I worked on human-AI interaction for automated train operations at NS and on reparations services at the Uitvoeringsorganisatie Herstel Toeslagen.
