I'm Darren, founder of Career Pivot 123 LLC, a private career counseling and coaching practice.

I've been doing this kind of work for over 20 years, helping people figure out what they want to do next and replace uncertainty with concrete options. I conduct an initial intake that digs into clients' professional and personal triumphs, frustrations and goals, then provide assessment, exploration, planning and resources. I care about exceeding expectations for my clients, and I bring care, empathy and diligence to every session.

I also work with my colleague, Cathlyn Stahl, who provides equivalent services and support to clients, as well as assistance and guidance to our business operations.
