I'm Darren, founder of Career Pivot 123 LLC, a private career counseling and coaching practice.

I've been working in this field for 20+ years, helping people figure out what they want to do next and replace uncertainty with concrete options. I conduct an initial intake that digs into clients' professional and personal triumphs, frustrations, and goals, then provide assessment, exploration, planning, and resources. I care about exceeding my clients' expectations, and I bring care, empathy, and diligence to every session.

I collaborate with my colleague, Cathlyn Stahl, who provides equivalent services and support to clients, as well as assistance and guidance to our business operations.
