Daniel Sick

Hi, I am Daniel. I was born and raised in Germany, have worked as a missionary in Micronesia and Ecuador, have mastered three languages (German, English, and Spanish), and am learning a fourth (French). Talk about countercultural experience. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Leadership, while truck driving. My research focuses on Trauma-Informed Leadership in a Cross-Cultural Context. In my 20+ years of intercultural ministry engagement in the 4 different countries, I gained insight into the work and struggles of intercultural living and leadership. Things that I love to share. My expertise is in cross-cultural dynamics and intercultural relationships within the ministry environment.
