Daniela Jines

I'm Daniela, and I help organizations build cultures where people actually want to show up. I created the HAND Model for Organizational Happiness, which applies neuroscience and research to reshape how teams connect, lead, and perform. Currently I serve as Director of Happiness and Culture at Surfbreak Coliving in Honolulu, and I founded the Bolivian Happiness Chapter.
