I led engineering at Raspberry AI, where I helped build AI-native design tools for fashion and retail teams to go from concept to production faster. Before Raspberry, I ran a 75-person AI and Data org at Notion, shipping RAG search and generative AI features at scale. Before that, I spent years at Gusto building out their data science and analytics teams.
