I’m the founder of PangeaEffect and author of *The E³ Effect*. I’ve spent more than 27 years leading operations, customer experience, transformation, and technology-enabled change — including organizations of more than 2,500 people and a $70M P&L.

A question has followed me throughout that career: Why does a strategy that makes complete sense in the boardroom become so much harder to execute once it reaches the day-to-day operation?

That gap is what I call Execution Drift — when daily decisions, measures, workflows, and behaviors gradually separate from leadership intent.
