About
Daniel J. Gandor is a pharmaceutical commercial and marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience leading omnichannel strategy, customer experience, digital innovation and enterprise transformation. He is recognized for building high-performing teams and capabilities that translate emerging technology, data and customer insights into practical strategies and measurable business impact.
Most recently, Dan served as Executive Vice President, Head of Omnichannel and Digital Transformation at EVERSANA, a global commercialization partner to the life sciences industry. He led the company’s omnichannel, digital and content capabilities across two global business units, helping advance an AI-enabled operating model focused on innovation, efficiency and client impact.
Previously, Dan led Digital and Omnichannel Strategy at AbbVie’s Digital Lab, the company’s center of excellence for digital marketing. In that role, he guided the evolution of omnichannel engagement across AbbVie’s U.S. portfolio, advancing more personalized, data-driven experiences for healthcare professionals, patients and consumers. Dan spent more than 12 years at Takeda in commercial, digital and transformation leadership roles. He built and led the U.S. Digital Accelerator, fostering innovation and partnerships with digital health startups, and founded Takeda’s first center of excellence for digital and multichannel marketing. Earlier in his career, he held brand leadership roles spanning sales, payer, HCP and consumer marketing, as well as positions with Pharmacia/Pfizer and Nanosphere.
Alongside his industry work, Dan serves as adjunct faculty at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he teaches Marketing Management, and at Lake Forest College, where he teaches Digital Marketing and Analytics. He holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
