I’m the founder of Elevate and host of Into the Fire, where I explore the forces shaping human freedom, health, technology, culture and the future.

My work is centred on helping people see clearly, live more freely and build greater agency over the things that matter most: their health, thinking, finances, communities and way of life.

Through Elevate, I bring together independent thinkers, practitioners and experts across natural health, human potential, sovereignty and social change. Vitality is our natural-health programme, built around the fundamentals that help people become stronger, more resilient and less dependent on systems they no longer trust.
