I’ve been obsessed with human performance since I was a kid. I’ve never met a person I didn’t want to help get better, and I’ve always believed that almost anything—and anyone—can improve. That instinct has followed me everywhere: building businesses, coaching executives, teaching students, raising a family, speaking on stages, and training on the bike or in the water. I’m a maximizer by nature—I see what’s possible in people and want to help them get there. What I’ve learned is that the biggest thing holding most of us back isn’t ability. It’s fear. So I help people embrace it, reframe it, choose action, and do the reps that build clarity, confidence, connection—and ultimately performance.
