Adam Berk

I'm Adam, an experiment designer and startup mentor. I wrote a book about startup accelerators and the best way for large orgs to innovate by partnering or working with or funding startups. I work with accelerators, corporations, and government programs to design and run experiments using Lean Startup methods and customer discovery. I founded neigh*borrow and have presented widely on lean experimentation, and I mentor with programs like Google for Startups and Techstars. I also advise and mentor on climate and soil health projects and serve on local environmental boards.

And my hot take is entrepreneurs build too many features before they talk to one real customer.
