Cynthia Wesley-Esquimaux is a Chair on Truth and Reconciliation and the former Vice-Provost, Aboriginal Initiatives, at Lakehead University. She held the Nexen Chair in Indigenous Leadership at the Banff Centre and is an Honourary Witness for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada.
