I'm Craig, COO at Clarus WMS, a warehouse management software company based in Manchester. I spent years building marketing functions from scratch, including teams, CRM systems, and lead generation engines, most recently growing Clarus's marketing operation before stepping into the operational leadership seat. Before that, I ran the creative studio at Car Benefit Solutions, where I built integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflows and analytics reporting across B2B and B2C channels.
