I'm Craig, founder and CEO of InsureMEP, a tech-enabled MGA built around CARS, the first AI-driven underwriting engine focused on MEP and Fire & Life Safety systems in commercial buildings. The core idea: digitize the mechanical and electrical data that underwriters have never had access to, and use it to price risk more accurately. Before InsureMEP, I co-founded Sertis, a multifamily property MGA that raised $3M led by JLL's Spark Ventures. Earlier, I spent a decade producing 60+ extreme sports films for ESPN and Fox Sports.
