I'm Courtney, founder of mamalinc, where I help parents navigate feeding, sleep, and those 3am "is this normal?" moments. I'm a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation and Sleep Consultant, and mama of four. Even with all my training, I struggled with mastitis, sleepless nights, and the relentless worry of "am I doing this right?" That lived experience is what drove me to create mamalinc, putting expert guidance straight into parents' hands when they need it most.
