Conor Baldwin

I'm Conor, Assistant City Manager and CFO for the City of Lowell. I run fiscal operations, budgeting, treasury management, and debt issuance for the city. I also teach at UMass Lowell as an adjunct professor.

I've spent my career in municipal finance, working my way from Treasurer to CFO to my current role overseeing fiscal affairs for the city.
