Tom has over 30 years of leadership experience in three diverse high technology conglomerates - Danaher Corporation, Crane Co. and Ensign-Bickford Industries. He developed expertise in systemizing and scaling human behavior via operating systems focused in the areas of strategy, talent and execution, and achieved uncommon results for customers, shareholders and employees.
From 2014 to 2023, Tom was President & CEO of Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. (EBI), a privately-owned high technology conglomerate focused in space & defense, pet food science, and biotechnology.
From 2005 to 2024, Tom was a Corporate Officer and Business Unit President at Crane Co., a manufacturer of highly engineered products in aerospace, controls, electronics, fluid handling, vending systems and payment solutions.
From 1994 to 2005, Tom served at Danaher Corporation, a global science and technology company, where he held senior global general management, marketing, and operational roles at Danaher Dental, Fluke Corporation and Danaher Instruments & Controls. He also served at Jacobs Vehicle Systems and in the Danaher Business Systems Office.
Tom has a BA in Economics from Colgate University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
