I'm Tamisha, a leadership and communication coach for men.

I help men become more steady under pressure, communicate more clearly, make stronger decisions, and build healthier relationships at work and at home.

My work goes deeper than surface-level advice. We look at the beliefs, reactions, and repeated patterns that may be driving conflict, overthinking, defensiveness, avoidance, control, or disconnection, then work toward lasting change.

I combine coaching, neuroscience-based tools, emotional intelligence, practical communication strategies, and a biblical worldview when appropriate.
