Chris is an investor, technologist, and strategic advisor focused on systems design, capital allocation, and sovereign innovation. As Managing Partner of Avion Advisors, she works with Boards, Limited Partners, C-Suite leaders, investors, and institutions to design scalable operating systems, allocate capital strategically, and build the capabilities required for long-term growth, transformation, and market leadership.

A scientist, product engineer, and technologist by background and an investment professional by trade, Chris brings a first-principles approach to how complex technologies, businesses, and institutional systems are designed, commercialized, financed, and scaled. Her work spans biotechnology and life sciences, advanced technology, financial infrastructure and fintech, real assets and infrastructure, natural resources, sustainability, and other innovation-driven sectors across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Through Avion, Chris advises companies and institutions at moments where technology systems, fiscal resources, human capacity, and operational architecture must evolve together.
