I’m Melissa Trinkl, a REALTOR®, relocation specialist, entrepreneur, and digital marketing strategist serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and Arizona.

I help people do more than buy and sell homes. I help them navigate everything that comes with a move: a new city, community, schools, routines, lifestyle, and an entirely new chapter.

I understand relocation personally. After building businesses and a life in Arizona, my family and I relocated across the country to Charlotte. Starting over gave me a perspective that goes far beyond real estate. Finding the right house matters, but finding the community where you’ll truly feel at home matters just as much.

Today, I work with buyers, sellers, luxury clients, and families relocating to and throughout the Carolinas. My background in hospitality, entrepreneurship, events, and digital marketing shapes my approach to real estate: personal, organized, strategic, and highly responsive.
