I'm Christina, a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton where I review Medicaid and CHIP claims for CMS's PERM program, catching improper payments across eligibility, FFS, and managed care cases in multiple states. Before this, I spent two years at Fairfax County determining client eligibility firsthand, which gives me a ground-level read on how federal policy actually lands.
