I founded IT Glue, ScalePad and Top Down, have been entrenched in the MSP industry for two decades now. I have built, scaled, bought and sold many MSPs including Canada's largest MSP, Fully Managed. I am a member of YPO. Started in microbiology at UBC, ended up controlling outcomes in managed services.
