Chris Welch​

Chris is a Therapeutic Sound Healing Practitioner and certified yoga instructor dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and vibration. By blending the grounding power of sound healing with the uplifting energy of aerial yoga, he creates transformative experiences that support stress relief, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

Through immersive sound healing sessions, Chris utilizes a diverse range of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, rainsticks, and other therapeutic tools. Whether guiding a private session, group sound bath, workshop, or one of his signature Nautical Sound Journeys, his intention is to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can relax deeply, release tension, and restore inner harmony.

As an aerial yoga instructor, Chris brings a playful yet empowering approach to movement. His classes emphasize safety, strength, mobility, and mindful flow, encouraging students to explore their potential both physically and mentally. His signature Core Flow format integrates traditional aerial yoga with dynamic, core-focused movement, helping students build confidence, body awareness, and resilience.

After completing his 200-hour RYT and 50-hour Yin Yoga certifications in 2023, Chris began weaving the principles of traditional yoga, yin practices, and sound healing into a unique teaching style that supports the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

Whether students are floating in a hammock or immersed in the soothing vibrations of sound, Chris's mission remains the same: to create meaningful experiences that leave people feeling supported, empowered, and inspired on their wellness journey.
