About
Jamie is the Executive Chef at the Culinary Vegetable Institute. A Charleston native, he fell in love with the kitchen on the celebrated Charleston Grill team and graduated from the Culinary Institute of Charleston.
He furthered his education as a stagiaire in Michelin-starred hotels and restaurants worldwide as an ambassador for Belmond Hotels. Ask him about vegetables, seasonal menus, or fine dining.
