Having been a US Navy SEAL Officer, I am always surprised at the interest my former profession generates as I think we are all much more than a summary of our previous jobs, titles or achievements. That being said, I believe the lessons I learnt in the SEAL Teams hold true in the business of life. In short - we are all way more capable than we give ourselves credit for. I coach to help people figure that out.
