Chad Lubke

I've been in construction since I was 15 years old. I grew up in Michigan and always worked hard and wanted to constantly learn. I went to Ferris State University where I was on the Deans list and graduated with a bachelor of Science in Construction Management. I got licensed as a builder in Michigan in 2001. After graduating college I worked at Pulte Homes where we did track building at scale. In 2005 I moved to Fl working for Opus. I managed (3) 30 story condo buildings. I got my FL General Contractors license in 2008 and started my business at the same time. I have done renovations, fix and flips, but specialize in coastal construction of single family homes. SInce 2014 I ran Lubke Construction where we built waterfront homes in the Tampa Bay area. I am very knowledgable around coastal construction.
