Hey, I’m Carl Cheatham, better known as CEO Carl — Founder & CEO of Millionaire Mindsetters Foundation and Smarter Choice Investment Holdings, LLC.

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and entered foster care at age four. Growing up through foster homes, group homes, and shelters, I carried one desire with me: to become the first millionaire in my family.

For much of my life, I lived in financial survival mode. I lacked financial education, personal development, mentorship, and a roadmap. Eventually, I realized that before I could change my financial situation, I had to change myself. I had to reprogram my mindset.

I studied money, credit, business, discipline, entrepreneurship, ownership, and personal development. I built businesses, made mistakes, experienced setbacks, fell forward, learned, and kept going.

Nonprofits also shaped my childhood. I benefited from donations, programs, and experiences that showed me what one opportunity could mean to a child. I never imagined I would one day build a nonprofit myself.

Today, Millionaire Mindsetters is becoming a financial education and technology ecosystem built around Mindset, Credit, Capital, Business, Marketplace, and Personal Development.

My conviction is simple: the information that changes lives should not be a secret kept from the people who need it most.

Everything I build is built twice: once for the community and once for the next generation, including my son.
