I'm Celeste, founder and Executive Director of FosterClub, where I work with young people who have foster care experience to become leaders, advocates, and changemakers. Over the years I've partnered with thousands of youth, policymakers, and practitioners to improve outcomes for those navigating the system.

I use lived experience to drive systems change and focus on youth engagement, nonprofit leadership, and organizational strategy.
