I'm Carolyn, a TEDx speaker and author of "Get the F Out!", a book on overcoming fear-based resistance to change. Through SAVVY Heart, I run keynotes, team workshops, and coaching that help organizations move through disruption without losing their people. I also co-run Softgolf, a full-swing foam ball golf game that doubles as a surprisingly effective team-building experience. Before all this, I spent over a decade in pharmaceutical sales, which taught me how people actually make decisions under pressure.
